Absher
Government e-services portal, iqama renewal, exit visas, traffic fines
iOS / Android

Personal emergency information to keep ready.

Prepare a simple personal emergency card to keep in your wallet and as a note in your phone (and your spouse's phone). It should include:

  • Full name as it appears on your iqama
  • Iqama number
  • Passport number
  • Blood group
  • Known allergies and chronic conditions
  • Medications you take regularly
  • Primary doctor or hospital name
  • Insurance provider and policy number
  • Emergency contact in Saudi Arabia (name, relationship, phone)
  • Emergency contact in Pakistan (name, relationship, phone with country code)
  • Your sponsor or employer contact
Pro tip for iPhone and Android users

Set up the Medical ID feature on iPhone (Health app) or Emergency Information on Android (Settings, Safety). This information shows on the lock screen so first responders can access it even if your phone is locked.

Workplace and community contacts.

Beyond official emergency lines, the people who can help fastest are often the ones closest to you. Save:

  • Your employer's HR emergency line. Most companies have a 24/7 number for serious issues.
  • Your sponsor's direct contact. If different from HR. Sponsors have legal responsibilities you may need them to fulfil quickly.
  • Your insurance company's hotline. Printed on the back of your insurance card.
  • Your child's school emergency contact. Both yours and your spouse's number should be on file.
  • Your domestic help's family contact in their home country. If something happens to them in your home, this matters.
  • SPPC regional WhatsApp group contact. The community has helped members through countless emergencies, do not hesitate to ask.
