Eight live evenings where the children of our community stop just using AI and start building with it. Two tracks, ages 9 to 17, taught by volunteer professionals from within SPPC.
Two tracks. A different specialist every session.
This camp is not taught by one person. Each session is led by a volunteer professional teaching the topic closest to their own work, with a lead facilitator present throughout.
AI Explorers
6:00–7:00 PM
Rules vs. learning, and a first live demo.
Train your own image classifier in the browser.
Write prompts that get real answers.
Make an image, then learn to spot a fake.
Find AI in maps, feeds and games.
Build a sense, decide, act robot in Scratch.
Bias, privacy, and using AI honestly.
Demo your project to your parents.
AI Builders
7:30–9:00 PM
Data, model, training, inference from the ground up.
Your first working Colab notebook.
Tokens, prediction, and why models hallucinate.
Write your own chatbot with an API.
Train a classifier on your own images.
Deploy a working app to a real URL.
Deepfakes, privacy, PDPL, and integrity.
Team projects, judged. Certificates.
Eight evenings, both tracks in parallel.
All times Riyadh (AST). Sessions run live; if your child misses one, the recording is in the portal for 7 days.

Built to be safe, by design.
The camp runs on the trust of parents handing us their children for eight evenings. Here is exactly how we protect that trust, and what we do and do not do.
Two adults, always
Every session has a lead facilitator and the instructor present. No adult is ever alone with a child, in any channel.
Portal-only entry
Children join only through the SPPC Portal, never a shared link. Only enrolled children can be in the room.
Recorded and moderated
Sessions are recorded for safety and available to parents for 7 days. All chat is moderated throughout.
Signed code of conduct
Every instructor signs SPPC's Child Safety Code of Conduct and completes a safeguarding briefing before teaching.
A named Safeguarding Lead
One accountable person receives every concern, reachable any time at [email protected].
Minimal data
Enrolment is member-only. We collect only what the camp needs, and no photos or names of children in any marketing.
Register your child
Enrolment is for the children of SPPC members and takes two minutes.
- Sign in to the SPPC Member Portal with your member account.
- Go to Events → Summer AI Camp and choose your child's track.
- Enter your child's first name, age and school year, and give guardian consent.
- Done. Session details and the join button appear in your child's portal.
